Banking transactions constitute a large and important part of the economic activity of both individuals and undertakings, while the existence of numerous and complex legislation, which often originates from EU law, has led to the need for in-depth specialization in this field.

Our office has extensive experience in all types of banking transactions and handles effectively any dispute arising from the breach of any credit agreement (loan, overdraft account, bond loan, credit cards, etc.), their termination and the subsequent enforcement procedure.

In order to avoid an unfavorable consequence for the debtor, such as the termination of their credit agreement, we have great expertise in achieving the regulation or/and the final settlement of debt, having always as a guideline the protection of the debtor’s whole property.

In addition, we provide legal representation in cases of investment products and investment services by financial institutions, as well as lawsuits regarding the bank’s liability because of unauthorized payment transactions, mainly resulting from electronic fraud (phishing).
